  1. BATCHES MIXED REPORT: A highly customizable report identifying and highlighting ingredients outside of target mix error goals.

    • Identify common inconsistencies in operator performance along with costs associated with errors.
    • Data points include:

      • Feed types
      • Target vs Actual Weight
      • Mix Error
      • Deviation and Percent Deviation

    • DIRECTIONS TO REPORT: Reports > Batches Mixed Reports > Set Desired Paramaters

  2. FEEDING ANALYSIS: Analyze feeder’s decisions for Percent of Ration Fed along with any errors in total weight of ration fed based on the Percent of Clean-up.

    • Pre-feeding bunk calls and amount of ration fed are typically determined by feeder and are key to ration performance. This report details key data points for the decisions a feeder makes.
    • Data points include:

      • Target and Actual Weight
      • Deviation in pounds and % Deviation
      • Clean-Up and % Clean-Up
      • # of Cows Fed
      • % Ration Adjustment

    • DIRECTIONS TO REPORT: Entries > Feeding Analysis (on the report, past feedings can be reviewed by right clicking on a ration)

  3. OPERATOR MIXING EFFICIENCY REPORT: Examine operator mixing efficiency with batch error totals and cost of deviations.

    • This report is commonly used monthly to determine the success of a feeder. The mix errors over and under the target weights of each ingredient are analyzed to determine the cost of the deviation.
    • Data points include:

      • Target and Actual Weight
      • Number of Batches (Total, Over and Under)
      • Mix Error
      • % Deviation and Cost of Deviation

    • DIRECTIONS TO REPORT: Report > Herd Reports > Operator Mixing Efficiency > Set Desired Parameters

  4. GRAPH FEEDING TIMES: View trends in feeding times by comparing expected pen feeding times to actual pen feeding times.

    • Use this report to determine consistency in feeding times.
    • Data points include:

      • Scheduled Feeding Time
      • Actual Feeding Time (over selected date range)

    • DIRECTIONS TO REPORT: Reports > Graphs > Graph Feeding Times > Set Desired Parameters

  5. BATCHES: Evaluate each batch an ingredient is included in to determine loading success.

    • Batches are available to be analyzed by Feed Types and Ration Groups.
    • Data points include:

      • Start and End Time
      • Target and Actual Weights
      • Batch Error
      • Operator


    • DIRECTIONS TO REPORT: Feed Types or Ration Groups > Select Feed Type or Ration Group > Batches (on right side)

      • Extra feature: double click on batch to view all ingredient in the batch and the pens to which the batch was fed.
