Remote access: Don’t let the scale slow you down! You have the ability to change your truck groups, feed types, and field names right from your phone, tablet, or computer. You are not required to drive back to the scale to make these changes- saving you precious time during the busy seasons. Also, you have the ability to view and manage your harvest data in real-time from anywhere on the farm.
Click-and-Go Technology: Drivers do not have to leave the truck during fast-paced harvest season. They simply use a clicker to recall their truck information and the load weight is recorded. They’re able to single-pass weigh quickly as they come in from the field. Look for the green light- and go!
Smart Card Readers: Another feature of Truck Supervisor that doesn’t slow you down! Our smart card technology allows delivery drivers to ‘swipe-in and swipe-out’ whenever they’re hauling feed into or out of your feed center. Drivers don’t have to learn a new system. They simply grab the card that has the name of what they’re hauling and swipe it. Then after unloading or loading, grab the same card to swipe out. The transaction is stored and the ticket is printed. There is an unlimited number of cards/ingredients that can be recorded.
Pairs with Feed Supervisor System: Improve your feeding program by optimizing ration and inventory management. Load weights from the scale are directly entered into the Feed Supervisor Inventory System. You are able to have access to the most accurate and up-to-date inventory data to manage your rations and plan out your feed usages according to what you harvested.

New Features
Truck Groups: Allows the user to group trucks together in any way that is convenient. For instance, for multiple choppers working in different fields, they can group the trucks working with each chopper together and change them all at once rather than do each truck individually.
Ability to Re-print Tickets: Users can now re-print tickets after completing a transaction. You can have the system print multiple copies automatically, or manually print as many as you need.
Unique Ticket Numbers: All transactions now are stored with a unique transaction or ticket number. The format shows the ticket number with the year, month, and then incremented number. (YYMM-XXXXX). This makes it very easy to match printed tickets to digital records in Feed Supervisor as they are searchable.
Analytics Dashboard: Users can now see scale results in real-time on a new interactive user interface. Loads can be graphed over time, shown in table format or even graphed as Tonnage per Hour. This screen can be viewed from any device connected to the local network.
Upgraded Features
RFID Card Assignment Tool: RFID cards can now be managed from the computer through a new user interface. Simply select the number, and then select the associated feed type. There is no longer a need for a scanner on your desk to assign cards.
Fields Listed by Name: Users can now manage their field list in Feed Supervisor and assign a name to each field number. Then, at the truck scale when they are changing fields, they can now select the fields from a list, rather than keying in a number each time. This gives the users much more clarity and minimizes mistakes.
Communications with Computer: The communication protocols have all been updated to work through the local area network. This makes the data transfers much quicker, more reliable, and adds the ability to pull records from the scale on-demand or automatically.
